Fuck Jay-Z and his ridiculous ticket prices.

You’re not Barbra Streisand. Your music is rap, and it caters to poor people.

Jay-Z > Barbara Streisand.

I wish this guy and his (c)rap would just go away.

How old is Jay-Z? 39/40, still trying to rap. I suppose that’s admirable. However, I think he’s overrated — the guy raps about women, luxury goods, and money and how to get more of it. He’s never really said anything socially conscious in his lyrics.

If LiveNation actually gave him a $100 million contract (which I doubt as the media tends to exaggerate celebrities’ pay and worth), I feel sorry for them. No wonder the economy is messed up and cos. are going under.

However, you have to give Jay-Z credit for being a hustler — if you can get a co. to throw millions or even a hundred million at you, and they, not you, take a loss — you’re at the top of your game!

jay z is the best rapper alive

Jay z is the epitome of success and relevance at an age that is not exactly considered young in the hiphop world yet he navigates and transits that world gracefully,it is a pity when rather than acknowledge his greatness on and off the mic. Hypocrites, crybabies, busybodie s will prefer to talk trash.

I’m excited about Hov’ touring. I’ve been to 3 of his shows, and he is nothing less than brilliant. I was reading some of the other posts… And I’m amused. Jay is still the best rapper dead or alive. I like the fact that dude has progressed with age and I personally think he has gotten better. I read were one comment said he wasn’t conscious…. Listen to an album, and not what u see on mtv, or what u hear on the radio! Stop hating hip-hop! WE not going nowhere!
