Tour Tracker: Wilco, Tinted Windows and Sweet

Wilco plot more summer dates leading up to the release of their new studio album, supergroup Tinted Windows nail down their first shows (more on that band in the new issue of Rolling Stone on stands tomorrow) and ’70s glam band Sweet start “Ballroom Blitzes” throughout the U.S. and Canada. Good to see The Sweet getting back on the road. America didn’t really pay enough attention to most of the British glam rock bands of the ’70s ( other than David Bowie and one or two T.Rex songs), which is sad because there where some good bands in that time.

The Sweet played my uni at the end of term way back in the late 80s.They sucked then,and with even less original members now, they’re likely to suck even more now….
