We did a double take when this popped into our in-boxes this morning: X ANNOUNCES TRL NATIONAL TOUR.

That’s the legendary West Coast punk band X, going on some sort of Carson Daly-sponsored trek? Not exactly.

X are going on tour — and letting their fans pick the set list (you can vote on potential song combinations on the band’s Website now). The L.A. pioneers are hitting the road with their original lineup (John Doe, Exene Cervenka, Billy Zoom and D.J. Bonebrake) to raise money for Sweet Relief, the charity that gives financial aid to sick or aging rockers. So nothing to panic about after all. Here are the dates:
