So, for this reason alone, I refuse to pass judgement on this kid and will, instead, have a little compassion for him. It is a well-known fact that many people carry the scars of their childhood into their adult lives because they don’t know how to deal with the anger toward their abusers. So they take it out on the people they love the most. It doesn’t excuse Chris’ actions by any means, but it doesn’t make him a horrible monster either. It simply means that Chris needs help before he ends up becoming an abuser just like his step-dad. Chris is still young and it is not too late for him to get help for this. Hopefully people, and especially Rihanna, will find it in their hearts to forgive him because everyone deserves a second chance.

I must begin by saying that each and every person is entitled to their own opinion; however, that is only when that opinion is not bias and/or judgmental! I love both Rihanna and Chris equally and I must say that I am very disappointed in the way things transpired! It is imperative to understand that we do not know the entire story and therefore we should wait before we began to find fault in either of them and even after we have learned the entire story we should still not be judgmental. The best thing we can do as fans is show our support to both of them by remaining silent and praying. For it is true that prayer changes things and people. We must also learn to forgive! We claim to be Christian (most of us anyways), yet we are so judgmental and we have the hardest time forgiving people!
I will point out that violence is not acceptable rather it is toward a man or a woman! The truth is that you can say what you would do in a particular situation until you are blue in the face, but you cannot be sure that you will act a certain way until you are in that particular moment! Now that’s real talk! No, I do not condone violence against women and it hurts me to my core when women are abused! Yet I know that often times it is difficult not to portray an act of violence toward someone when you are in relationships. I will admit that I have been completely out of line sometimes because I was angry. I remember one particular time, I was so angry that I began to fight my boyfriend like I was crazy. I really mean I lost it and he had obvious bruises and a scar that he will remember for life! The good thing is that he walked away and when I had calmed down he made it clear to me that He doesn’t believe in being fighting women but I had almost pushed him to his limit and If I could not find an alternative to deal with my anger it was best that we didn’t see each other anymore. He assured me that he could not promise that the next time I got physical with him that he wouldn’t fight back. You see while I was trying to physical kill him with my hands ( not necessarily kill him dead but close to it) it never dawn on me that might just fight me back and my injuries would have been much worse than his but I wasn’t thinking about that I was getting my “Muhammad Ali” (LOL). I said all that to say this! Everybody has a limit and you don’t know what that limit is until you have met it!

I’ve seen the ‘leaked’ photo from tmz and its not pretty, she looks unrecognizable compared to all those beautiful pictures she has taken as a celebrity, I had to check out if the woman in that picture with the bruises, swollen and cut up lips was her. It matched the description I’ve been hearing of the two contusions on both sides of her forehead. I saw one of her ears looked like it was sliced. That tattoo that was on her shoulder I looked around and saw photos of her with the same tattoos of Roman numbers with XI.IV.LXXXVI…………If this is truly her then tmz and/or the inside person who leaked it is in serious trouble, could be facing felony conspiracy charges, according to those officials on the case, not to mention the embarrasment that Rihanna would feel that those horrid pictures got out to the public as much as people would want to know…… he had to be full of hatred, those punches really had to be flying to have bruises like that……..hhhhhmmmm….didn’ t see any bruises on Chris though……i hope he gets what he deserves!

I’m sorry but, I just don’t agree with everyone taking Rhianna’s side on this because it’s just not right to Chris especially with no one knowing the facts of what happened that night besides the two of them! ‘Mad at the situation’ you have got to be insane! It don’t matter what she said or did, when it gets to the point of beating her down to a pulp, its assualt and battery. Where are his bruises then? The man tears, the promise of it never happening again, the begging, the buying of ‘I’m very sorry’ gifts, the complete attention and regretful attitude of the abuser. The hope of the victim that it would really change for the better, the misguided dream that they could start over again and be happy again because the victim still loves the abuser for what they remember he/she was before they became abusive.
