  • Following the murders of her mother, brother and cousin, Jennifer Hudson will return to work next week to film a video for her next single, “If It Isn’t Love.” The video was initially supposed to shoot in October around the time of the killings. The song is the follow-up to Hudson’s Grammy-nominated single “Spotlight.”

  • After DMX missed a December 5th court date in Arizona, a $5,000 reward was issued for his arrest. The rapper was eventually found at the Florida home of producer Scott Storch and is being held in a Miami-Dade County jail.
  • The Broadway musical Rock of Ages, which features the music of Journey, Bon Jovi and other ’80s rockers, is preparing to make the jump from Broadway to Hollywood. Rock librettist Chris D’Arienzo will write the screenplay and direct the film. No casting decisions have been announced yet.
