• Travis Barker is suing the jet-charter company, Goodyear Tires and Learjet makers Bombardier Inc, following the crash that killed four people and severely burned himself and DJ AM. The suit says the jet was “not airworthy.”
• To celebrate the release of Circus, Britney Spears will hold a contest at the Times Square Virgin Megastore on December 1st with the hopes of finding “Britney’s Biggest Fan.” Spears won’t actually be on hand to judge, but Project Runway’s Daniel Vosovic will be.
• Michael Jackson won’t have to fly to London after all after his legal team reached a settlement with the son of the King of Bahrain in their breach of contract trial. Financial details of the settlement were not revealed.
• Oasis‘ Noel and Liam Gallagher were on hand to carry boxer Ricky Hatton’s two championship belts for his fight against Paulie Malignaggi in Las Vegas on Saturday night. Hatton won with a TKO in the 11th round.
