After tackling the subject of saving the dying automobile industry, Neil Young this week examines the possible future of transportation: The electric car. “President-elect Obama’s plan to put a million electric vehicles on the road in 10 years is do-able and should be surpassed by its own momentum,” Young writes at his LincVolt website. Young also attacks hybrid technology for its poor technology and the “inherent inefficiency of their design,” saying hybrids are “already on their way out.” Click below for more from Young, including details on his long-awaited Archives project.
