Count AT&T as the latest company to hop on the Guitar Hero gravy train. Coinciding with today’s release of Guitar Hero: World Tour Mobile, AT&T announced that it is offering a gratis copy of the console version of Guitar Hero: World Tour (complete with guitar) to anyone signing up for their high-speed internet or U-verse mobile television service. In addition to the sign-up swag, they’ll also be giving away downloads of four exclusive Guitar Hero: World Tour Mobile tracks, which will be made available in December. The newest mobile version of Guitar Hero, the follow-up to the excellent Guitar Hero III Mobile, offers the option to play along with drum tracks as well as guitars. AT&T is also running a concurrent contest where the winner can snag a guitar, bass, drums and a $1,000 Guitar Center gift certificate.
