Barack Obama wasn’t just America’s choice to be the next President, as the rest of the world is celebrating the victory of our new Commander-in-Chief. Radiohead’s Thom Yorke was especially happy with the end of the Bush era, so to celebrate, he posted a free remix of “Harrowdown Hill,” a song off his solo album The Eraser. “I humbly donate a remix of ‘Harrowdown Hill’ that was finished ages ago during the band webcasts,” Yorke wrote. “A small reminder of the dark days of Bush’s…” And to think, it was only eight years since Yorke was lobbying for that Nader guy.

hey Thom, did the Foo Fighters release a remix when Tony Blair stepped down? No one should care what a strange English musician thinks about American politics.

The reality is for as long as America is still considered the leader of the free world, everyone the world around has an interest/ stake in our politics. We should be flattered, cause for at least a little while longer we still have clout.

America has vast influence over the world. England does not. You are dum.

Hey boneheads!! Since a lot of AMERICANS buy Thom’s music, why wouldn’t he care about America? The entire world isn’t against us, just the one’s we screw over. Thank you Thom, for contributing to the world wide language of music. Even if morons dont understand.

I love when people think that American politics don’t influence THE ENTIRE WORLD. It’s called a “world economy” for a reason, peeps. What we do effects nearly every country out there. This is why a “strange English musician” (Strange? You think he’s strange? LOL) cares about US politics — because, it influences HIS OWN COUNTRY!

That and he spends a LOT of time in the US, I am sure, since Radiohead is one of the most popular bands of ALL TIME here. What we do effects him and his family. Dumbasses, some of you.

Hey People are Facked….McCain may be a gimp, but his are so much bigger than the two you are missing from birth….We’ll add you to the list of Miscreant Dolts out there…President Elect Obama is keeping a list of all you guys that are having problems being non-partisan….your Joy Behar action figure (mouth that never closes and says nothing) could be taken away from you.
Heed the warning brother!!

I care. Sounds like you have a problem with musicians making beautiful music to celebrate a beautiful event. And that is truly sad.
