With Bruce Springsteen’s “The Rising” booming on the speakers, 100,000-plus in Chicago’s Grant Park and millions others watching across the nation welcomed Barack Obama as their new President-Elect. While we’ll all have to wait until the January inauguration to start feeling the effects of the Obama presidency, Will.I.Am hopes to keep the party atmosphere going until then with a new song called “It’s A Good Day,” a tune the Black Eyed Pea recorded last week and promised to release today if Obama won the presidency. This will be Will.I.Am’s third pro-Obama song this year, following the star-studded “Yes We Can” and “We Are the Ones.” Will.I.Am also popped up, in holographic form, during CNN’s Election Night coverage. As for Obama’s choice to use Springsteen’s “The Rising” as his celebration song, it was a fitting choice, given the song’s message for change and Springsteen’s unwavering support of Obama. Obama and Springsteen appeared together last weekend in Ohio, the state that ultimately crushed John McCain’s presidential chances by giving its electoral votes to Obama.

now we get to see who the real Obama is, the ober-liberal Senator Obama or the suddenly moderate campaign Obama.

Bush Sr. and Clinton lied to the American people about cutting middle class taxes. Obama will do the same.

We won’t be out of Iraq and time soon either.

McCain’s not any better, but the American people got duped on the “change” factor as your about to see.
