if it were leak upconverted, then it’s not worth the wait.. Appetite was the best, but since the Illusion i & ii, everything was commercialized.. Spaghetti was the worst, it’s an ego-f*ckn album(axl likes the songs, so we should listen to them-crap!).. i bet Democracy is worse than Spaghetti..

What a year! The Black Crowes Warpaint was great! REM’s Accelerate was great! King’s X XV was great! AC/DC’s Black Ice is great! Now if only Axl can come through!

Anything Axl releases will not seem amazing enough. Even if it was better than Appetite (which is nearly impossible), Chinese Democracy will seem lacking. That’s not saying Axl is untalented or anything like that. It has been way too long, just like Brian Wilson’s Smile, it just bring a feeling of “Meh” rather than “OMG this shit was totally worth the wait.” Best wishes to you Axl and co.

i dont think the hold up from VR is the release of CD…Slash himself has state he heard CD and thought it was amazing. VR is trying to stay relevant, they couldnt make good music with Scott Weiland as their front man, so this time around it is do or die.

In ways I’m excited to hear this, but I can’t help but be skeptical. I heard many of these songs in some version throughout the years, and I don’t see how this could be a great album. Prove me wrong Axl.

they are back up. all of them. free publicity? management had to think about that one. super stoked about the album sounds great. and to the neigh sayers cut your mullet or listen to the new acdc(which is good by the way) if you want something old.

Yeah, I agree; Riad is not ‘filler’; A few years back I thought it was but the leaks changed my opinion 180 degrees….I think this is great new step for the band.

I just listened to the leaks…wow!!! Boy was I wrong before!!!

Dude there are two filler songs; Riad and Shacklers. The other 12 songs are great.

This November the public will be devouring 2 turkeys: the first being the one many will have on Thanksgiving, and the second will be this new Guns-N-Roses CD. The turkey we’ll have on Thanksgiving will be very satisfying. That GNR turkey of a release will be all filler with hardly any meat but coated with a special glaze (called hype advertising) and loaded with gravy. Phooeey! I’ll take the Thanksgiving turkey instead of that other big fat turkey called Axl Rose and GNR.
