• Oasis returned to the stage last night in Liverpool, the band’s first concert since Noel Gallagher was attacked in Toronto last month. To avoid any more incidents, Oasis had boxing champ Ricky Hatton introduce the band.
• This year’s Vans Warped Tour and its Unite the United area raised over $350,000 for charities and collected over 40,000 pounds of recyclables during this year’s trek. Among the non-profits that benefited were TWHOLA, Invisible Children and Action for Animals.
• Mick Jagger will reportedly collaborate with the Eurythmics Dave Stewart. The duo was seen leaving a Los Angeles studio in the days after Stewart’s concert at L.A.’s the Roxy.
• If for some reason you watched the presidential debates instead of Making the Band 4, you missed this: Diddy booted Aubrey O’Day from Danity Kane. In a statement, O’Day said she didn’t watch the finale so doesn’t know what story was told, but encouraged everybody to vote for Barack Obama.
