  • Kanye West will not face felony charges after a camera-smashing incident with paparazzi at LAX on September 11th. Los Angeles prosecutors are still deciding whether they’ll file a lesser charge against West.
  • According to online reports, Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3 will hit stores on December 2nd. The album will reportedly feature “Swagga Like Us: The Sequel,” with Andre 3000, Nas and Young Jeezy.
  • Madonna was fined roughly $270,000 after her concert at London’s Wembley Stadium overran its curfew by 40 minutes. Officials claimed the late ending caused traffic problems.
  • Metallica have sent a cease-and-desist letter to guitar makers Fernandes Guitars to prevent them from continuing to use the name and image of new bass player Robert Trujillo. While Trujillo signed with Fernandes before joining the band, Metallica have their own deal in place with ESP Guitars.
