  • Former American Idol star Clay Aiken announced that he is gay. Aiken cited the birth of his son as the reason to go public. “I cannot raise a child to lie or to hide things,” he said.
  • Oasis have cancelled three more concerts, as Noel Gallagher’s fan attack-related injuries turned out to be worse than initially thought.
  • Check out the teaser trailer for Notorious, the Biggie Smalls biopic set for release in January 2009.

….that the “incident” with Gallagher was staged.

OMG, Clay Aiken is gay?! I thought this was the “News Ticker,” not the “Shit We Already Knew Ticker”! What’s next? Is one of my “favorite” pop stars lip syncing?

I always believed that one of the things that set Clay apart from Hollywood was his honesty. If Clay had admitted to his sexual preference from the beginning this would be a non-issue. Clay is just another typical Hollywood personality. I am disappointed and out of here.

staged? | 9/26/2008, 11:43 am EST

how was it staged? I was there and saw it with my own eyes, clearly not staged. Don’t be ignorant.
