It’s been a rough stretch financially for Damon Dash since he went separate ways from his Roc-A-Fella Records partner Jay-Z. Dash and his wife reportedly owe $7.3 million in mortgage payments for two of their Manhattan apartments. Foreclosure proceedings have begun on the property. The bank holding the mortgages says Dash failed to make his $78,500 a month payments on the property, sparking the foreclosure. You know the economy sucks when Damon Dash can’t even make his $78,500 a month payments on his $7.3 million apartments. At least Jay-Z is doing alright.
