• A judge has demanded Lil Wayne pay a Miami jeweler the $146,000 he owes after failing to make payments on a diamond ring. Weezy also owes $977,000 to the IRS.
• The Jonas Brothers‘ third album A Little Bit Longer is on pace to cruise to the top of the sales chart next week after selling 201,000 copies in its first day.
• The Thievery Corporation will release their fifth album, titled Radio Retaliation, on September 23rd. The album will feature guests Femi Kuti and Seu Jorge.
• Gary Glitter will reportedly return to the U.K. next Tuesday after he is deported from Vietnam. The “Rock & Roll, Part 2″ artist has spent the last 27 months in prison on child molestation charges.
