- Franz Ferdinand are streaming new song “Lucid Dreams” on their website. “Lucid Dreams” headlines the soundtrack to video game Madden 09, which is out today.
- Blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus is suing a father-and-son business team after the duo allegedly pocketed Hoppus’ $1.5 million in investment money. The money was supposed to go toward installing “automated checkout machines at McDonald’s.”
