I’m not a Motley Crue fan so I have a fair perspective on this. They aren’t “The Best”. But they are good. If not for the stupid decision to fire Vince in their prime they would have probably had a really good decade in the 90’s. They definately deserve this credit also!! They are a LA band who made it big. Their songs have always been more relevant or plesant to hear than bands like Poison, Ratt, and other LA bands. They are proud of LA and theyve survived quite a bit of drama! Good to see a Metal band get some attention!

I just seen them in concert for the fifth time, at the Crue Fest, this was a shame to see four talented men act like boys going through puberty. The porn they showed on the big screens and the anti-Bush signs while playing Shout at the devil was uncalled for.
This is what are country has come to, and the mayor calling this Motley Crue saints of LA day, I wonder if he saw the concert, the saint blowing the devil. The girl on girl, the Tommy cam, if he did he should be booted from office.
Motley Crue needs to keep politics and porn to themselves, they are almost or are 50 years old.

All i got to say is good for them! Why must we compare GnR to the crue they both have put out amazing music and make LA proud. I must say the new crue rocks look forward to thier next tour to hear it all live! See you in vancouver!

The majority of people who like the Crue understand the Crue. To understand their music, you will know that judgments are something we can all roll off our backs.

They are a gang of friends who did something different. They played music that was not normal. They tour and play shows that push the envelope. People talk about pornography at current Motley shows…stating they’ve seen them 5 times, and are complaining of naked girls?? Back in 1987 the Crue put out this little record called Girls, Girls, Girls…whatcha think that song is about??? Josie, their lead dancer has been with the band for YEARS…the hot girl aspect of this band is not new! Nasty Habits…they weren’t naked, but they might as well been.

I’m just surprised that fans are “shocked” at the current antics of our boys. They’ve always been outrageous.

Haven’t any of you “fans” read the Dirt? Sure, they’re almost 50…they can’t have fun anymore? They are sober, and having the time of their lives. They could be high as a kite and almost dying on stage, or sober with naked girls on stage. I’d pick sober, and I’m a STRAIGHT GIRL!

The Crue has gotten everything they wished for, and everything they deserved.

So unless you’ve hit rock bottom and still struggled to achieve your dream, I dont think you have any room to talk.
