Weekend Rock List: Fictional Bands

After watching Cameron Crowe’s classic Singles for the millionth time this week, seeing Matt Dillon rock out with Pearl Jam as Citizen Dick inspired us to dedicate this week’s Rock List to fictional bands. Let us know your favorites, and on Monday we’ll compile the list of greatest. And no, Milli Vanilli doesn’t count. Here are some suggestions:

Watching Singles for the millionth time? That was one of the lamest films I can remember, and I honestly have never heard of anyone actually enjoying it, but to each their own.

Best fictional band ever? The Queen Haters from SCTV. End of story. Extra cool points added because Mudhoney did a cover of their song “I Hate The Bloody Queen”
