Earlier this year, former Talking Head David Byrne and super-producer Brian Eno revealed that the duo were working on a new album, with a tour planned for later this year. The first two dates of those shows, billed as “Songs of Talking Heads’ David Byrne and Roxy Music founder Brian Eno,” have popped up. Byrne, who will be touring without Eno, will so far play Atlanta’s Chastain Park Amphitheatre on September 20th and Santa Barbara, California’s Arlington Theatre on October 4th. As the billing indicates, you can expect a fair sampling of Remain in Light as well as some Roxy Music if you’re lucky. As for the pair’s new album, their first collaboration together since 1981’s My Life in the Bush of Ghosts, is expected out later this year.
