- Kanye West and fashion designer Louis Vuitton are collaborating on a men’s shoe line. The rapper also plans on starting a woman’s wear collection for the fall.
- Singer/songwriter Natasha Shneider of the nineties rock band Eleven died of cancer on Tuesday. Shneider had also worked with Chris Cornell and Queens of the Stone Age.
- ZZ Top will be Rick Rubin’s newest reclamation project, as the long-bearded band have signed to the producer’s American Recordings.
