
- L.A. prosecutors have decided it was the photographer and not Britney Spears who was to blame for the singer running over the victim’s foot late last year. The paparazzi member filed felony charges in May, which were dismissed.
- An album that the band Chicago recorded back in 1993, titled Stone of Sisyphus, will finally get a proper release. The band’s former record label shelved the album, but Rhino will resurrect the “lost” album today.
- Guided By Voices’ Robert Pollard and the Decemberists‘ John Moen (formerly of Stephen Malkmus’ Jicks) have formed a new side project Boston Spaceships. The band’s first album, Brown Submarine, is due out September 9th.
- Producer Swizz Beatz claims that he’s working with Michael Jackson and that he’s in the process of producing the King of Pop’s tour.
