Chris Martin- rock god? Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, and John Lennon are all collectively rolling in their graves over this label.

I never really thought of Chris Martin as a “rock god” either….but there’s no denying that the man is a clever songwriter, or that Coldplay is the biggest band on the planet right now. Good album, too.

They may be the biggest band on the planet right now….I really think that is not saying a lot about the music industry. They are very much an acquired taste. I would almost compare them to U2, the biggest band in the world before Coldplay. I do not mean any of this to sound condescending, but, I just do not think they have the broad appeal that RS thinks they do.

Oh guys shut up please- a HUGE portion of the world absolutley ADORES COLDPLAY & the new Kanye West song ft. Chris Martin is flying off the charts right now. There’s nothing Chris Martin CAN’T do including sing in Rap/Hiphop songs he’s absolutley BRILLIANT! So let’s leave ROOM here for the people that love respect and want to honour Chris Martin- & not bash him for really no reason WHATSOEVER! Thanks A MIL;);)
