  • Rumors are circulating via Canada’s Much Music that the reunited Led Zeppelin will play four shows at Toronto’s Skydome this August.
  • N.E.R.D. will collaborate with director Hype Williams on a feature film detailing the evolution of their new album Seeing Sounds. The film, which Pharrell Williams says will be like the BeatlesA Hard Day’s Night, is due out in December.
  • Producer Polow Da Don was awarded the songwriter of the year award at the BMI Pop Awards last night. Da Don was responsible for four of the songs on 2007’s top fifty songs list.
  • Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich will work with Q-Tip on the rapper’s next album starting later in the year. “He’s a big fan of rap. It’ll be cool working with him,” the MC said.

I really hope Led Zep stay away from the Skydome, it has terrible acoustics… If this is going to be a one off tour I hope they make it memorable and play good venues so its not totally a case of “more seats more money”

I am sure that true zep fans would prefer that they play the horseshoe or the El Mocambo instead of a money venue.
