The Eagles suck they’re so boring

there best songs (and guitar playing since felder got the ax) are behind them, but they are still pretty good.
It may not be their heyday of the 1970’s anymore, but they are still better than most the crap out there.
And you have to admit, if anything else, they OWNED the 70’s.

Finally some real rock for a mag thats supposed to be about rock….not britney….or paris…or the hills….or putting jack white at #17 in the top 100 guitarist’s (i let my subscription lapse for that RS)
what a joke.
anyway….i look forward to reading this one.

@scott

I’m pretty sure they never rocked.

R.S., How about a Van Halen cover next? That would be very cool. It’s good not to have anything to do with rap on the cover.

when did mickey rourke join the eagles?

Fact - Scott Tofte is an Eagles goofball.

Denton | 5/14/2008, 12:28 pm EST

What happened to Glen Frey’s head???

Scott Tofte | 5/14/2008, 12:04 pm EST

Fact - Highest selling album in the US.

Fact - One of the highest selling albums of the last year.

Fact - Grammy winners for “How Long”

A critically acclaimed album is definately just “doing it for the money”. Cause they weren’t selling out concerts year after year WITHOUT a new album or anything.

Why do people feel that an act should retire simply because they’re old. Are all older citizens supposed to stop creating at a certain age? I certainly hope not.

Go Eagles!

Wow, back to back covers like these *BAM*…I’ll have to rush out and get a first printing.

Put back the chicks from The Hills on the cover. They’re more pleasing to the eye than seeing these old farts on there.

scott | 5/14/2008, 10:31 am EST

hate too see all these old guys coming back just for the $$$$$ trying too get back what they never will, the good ol’ days when they rocked
