I am very much a fan of David Archuleta–(I am 69!) He has great control of his voice for a young man. He feels what he sings, he will be a star whether he wins or not. Last night David Cook gave his greatest performance, and if the winner were to be determined on last night’s show—he would be my choice. Just beautiful!

Carly’s shirt was a gift from a fan. It was paid for and designed by a girl on the Idol message boards, and Carly held it up to show her thanks on TV. I thought it was a funny moment. Don’t get your panties in a knot because she showed an ounce of personality. Would you rather her be placid and boring? I’m thankful that Carly made the show worth watching while she was on.

I actually thought Jason was the best last night. He has the most beautiful voice of all the remaining contestants, and if the best negative commentary he could have gotten last night was only based on Memories being a “girls song”, that’s actually pretty stupid and weak commentary. He sang that “girls song” quite beautifully

carly was good, but i thot besides from brooke screwing up the song in the beginning, she was good too, jason was ok…and david cook was the best. i hope brooke gets her nerves in order in time for next week’s show…i like her and david c the best!!! i miss carly a little i wish jason or syesha could have gone, but she’ll go far.

i thought all of them were good, and different. i loved how ALW thought that brooke was the best and most natural, because she’s my favourite contestant…i hated carly, but i have to admit this was one of her best perfomances…i wish syesha or maybe even david a could have gone instead…but glad brooke is safe.
