Austin City Limits isn’t until September — the 26th to 28th, to be exact — but the festival’s lineup is already official: Foo Fighters, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, Beck, the Raconteurs and David Byrne are confirmed, as are John Fogerty, N.E.R.D., Gnarls Barkley, Manu Chao, Conor Oberst and many more.
