- American Idol’s second “Idol Gives Back” special raised $22 million during Wednesday night’s telecast, enough to buy four and a half Prince concerts. We predicted Carly would go home Thursday, TiVo scientifically selected Syesha, but in the end Michael Johns was sent back to Kangaroo Land.
- We caught Panic at the Disco live in San Fran, photogged Gnarls Barkley emulating James Brown in NYC, reminisced about forty years of the Rolling Stones playing live and questioned Serj Tankian’s ability to perform via hologram.
