
- Slash may get his Dr. Pepper after all. Asked by the BBC whether the original Guns N’ Roses could ever reunite, the guitarist said it would take “a twist of fate.” “It’s a possibility, but there are so many big things that would have to change before it was even possible,” said Slash. “It’s not in the foreseeable future, as far as I’m concerned.”
- Bad weather finally forced Fall Out Boy to cancel their trip to Antarctica after a week of postponements. The band hoped to play the frozen continent in order to make the Guinness Book of World Records as the first act to play all seven continents.

- Poison drummer Rikki Rockett was arrested in Los Angeles on Monday on an outstanding rape warrant. Rockett was busted going through customs at LAX after it was discovered a warrant was out for his arrest in Neshoba County, Mississippi.
