• Beck, Wilco and Widespread Panic have been added to the lineup of the San Francisco Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival, which had already announced Radiohead, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and Jack Johnson as headliners. Outside Lands takes place August 22-24 at Golden Gate Park.
• Joe Perry is recovering from successful knee surgery that required him to cancel a show in upstate New York. Perry had reportedly put off the operation for some time due to commitments with Aerosmith.
• The super-successful Guitar Hero-on-steroids game Rock Band will make its way to the Nintendo Wii system on June 22nd.
