David Cook is not smug, he is good. One of the FEW good ones this year. Eleanor Rigby was brilliant.

Did anyone notice Simon Cowell’s nipple pinching toward the end of his critique of Carly Smithson? That was the number one video of the night – absolutely hysterical.

Syesha’s off-key snore fest was the worst performance in Idol final history…so why was she given anything but thumbs down by the judges? Only black girl left?

Disappointing overall… except for David Archuleta.

And Lacuna critique based on race is lowly… especially since if she had been paying attention she would realize that Syesha’s ethnic heritage also includes Latino.

Only one gets voted off… I hope it is horse-girl (Kristy Lee Cook) who should never have been in the final 12.

Amanda should have done Yer Blues….

carly is so talented. i don’t see why she isn’t praised more. her and david cook are the only ones who give strong performances on a regular basis.

I can’t understand why David Archuleta’s performance is receiving such rave reviews. He’s been my favorite but last night’s performance was nauseating “Star Search” pap. The whole show was unbearable karaoke.

Carly is going to go somewhere even if she doesn’t win. In fact, it might be better for her if she didn’t.

Amanda is so nauseating! Her 2 tone hair and raspy voice needs to go!!

Haven’t seen last night yet, watching today after work. I am disappointed recently with Syesha, she has the goods to win but needs better choices. Love Carly Smithson & Brook, for the boys it seems to change every week. That David Archuleta guy is SO over-rated. Just some little R&B pop starlet Jesse McCartney creature. If he wins I’ll cancel my trip to America. No use going to a country that would vote THAT as a winner of anything. Oh and 2 beatles weeks in a row. Great, that’s really fair on the girls. Why don’t they do Tina Turner next week and see how that works for the boys???

Or a better example of below would be Madonna or Mariah Carey. Oh and Rolling Stone f— rules.

I didn’t get Syesha’s song either. However, I like Amanda. Brook was a MESS and KRISTY NEEDS TO GO HOME. Her blow commit was not even funny….she sucks for sure!

Carly has already had a record deal and sold a whopping 378 copies after $4 Million was spent marketing her! She’s another in a long line of AI hopefuls that will drop off the face of the earth. David Cook (win or lose like Daughtry) will sell more discs than any of these clowns.

You know waaaayyyy too much about this show!

Kristy Lee Cook probably has the least to lose at this point. Regardless of when she is voted out, she, more likely than anyone else, will step into a contract the day she steps out of AI. She’s not quite as good a singer as Carey Underwood, but she can be packaged and sold just the same.

Been watching the show from the uk and can’t help but think that Simon Cowell does not understand the Beatles back catalogue or even like the like the band.
