An interesting wrinkle in the ongoing Eliot Spitzer prostitute scandal is the discovery of his hooker-of-choice’s (now deleted) MySpace page — and her original composition “What We Want.” The site lists twenty-two year old Ashley Alexander Dupré (aka “Kristen,” her nom-de-sex) as having influences such as Aerosmith, U2, Jack Johnson and Etta James, but her sole song “What We Want” sounds like a supremely sub-par Christina Aguilera tune or a run-of-the-mill Pussycat Dolls track. “Can you handle me, boy,” Dupré purrs in her best Britney voice. “You’ve got what I want. I know what you need. Can you handle me?” Sure! But the more important question may be this: can we afford you?
