
- Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has cancelled an April 5th performance at the Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel to undergo knee surgery. Perry has been on tour with Tab the Band, a combo that includes his two sons.
- Scott Weiland’s lawyer issued a plea of not guilty for the STP singer on charges of driving under the influence last November. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 4th.
- Linda Perry has sued Warner Music Group over unpaid royalties due from Atlantic Records’ release of James Blunt’s Back to Bedlam. Perry signed Blunt to her label in 2003 before entering an agreement with Atlantic.
- Items from Pete Wentz’s Clandestine Industries clothing line are now on sale via Nordstrom’s web site. The Fall Out Boy bassist also posted previews of additional pieces on his blog.
