- The Beach Boys‘ Brian Wilson has scheduled a trio of shows this summer in the U.K. The concerts, billed as “An Evening With Brian Wilson,” will feature a “greatest hits” setlist and take place June 28th, 29th and July 1st at various venues in London.
- OutKast’s Andre 3000, currently appearing on the big screen in Semi-Pro, will return to television by reprising his role in the police drama The Shield. 3000, who played the part of a comic book storeowner in 2004, will now be running for mayor on the series’ finale episode.
- Terra Firma’s Guy Hands has admitted that his company’s takeover of music giant EMI has been “tougher than expected,” according to statements he made to a summit meeting in Munich, Germany.
