Jay-Z Joins Linkin Park On Stage for Encore Jam

2/22/08, 4:44 pm EST

After headlining a show at the Apple Store, Linkin Park broke out the big guns for their encore at last night’s sold-out performance at Madison Square Garden. After a brief psych-out where the band announced “Goodnight, New York,” Jay-Z stormed the stage to throw down with his collaborators from 2004’s Collision Course EP. They performed two songs: “Numb” and a mash-up of LP’s “Faint” with Jigga’s “Jigga What, Jigga Who.” Rock Daily was there with its trusty video camera to capture the latter, so check out the clip above.

This must have been pretty crazy, especially at MSG. I had seen them when they did the music for relief about 2 years ago in LA. Possibly the best show I have ever been to

I WAS AT THE CONCERT AND I HAVE TO SAY BY FAR THAT WAS THE BEST CONCERT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. PERIOD.

THE CONCERT WAS INTENSE FROM BEGINING TO END AND THEN TO END AGAIN

BUT WHEN JAY Z CAME OUT THE PLACE JUST WENT BALLASTIC!

LP WITHOUT A DOUBT TRULY AWESOME AND AT MSG YOU CAN’T REALLY GET ANY BETTER.

LP AT MADISON SQUARE BABY! CAN’T BE BEAT!
