
- Linkin Park played a secret show last night at an Apple Store in New York City. The six-song performance was filmed and recorded for a March release on iTunes.
- According to Coldplay’s manager Dave Holmes, the band is finished recording its Brian Eno-produced fourth album and are at the mixing stage. The album, due out in the summer, “is their best record,” says Holmes.
- Yet another band is angry at EMI: Art Brut is upset that their label released a single for their song “Pump Up the Volume” without their permission.
- Sean Lennon will score the upcoming indie vampire comedy Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Undead, which is a take-off of a take-off of Hamlet.
