  • Serj Tankian and Stone Temple Pilots are among acts rumored to play this year’s Ozzfest. Meanwhile, Velvet Revolver officially cancelled its Australian tour while Weiland is in rehab.
  • Pete Townshend blogged that the Who’s 2008 plans include a potential Japanese tour, as well as planning for next year’s 40th anniversary of Tommy and a possible revisit to Quadrophenia.
  • U2 will rerelease their 1980 debut, Boy, with bonus material this spring. The rest of the U2 catalogue will follow.
  • Dr. Dre is seeking Death Row Records paperwork to determine how much the label owes him for back royalties on album sales. The label is currently for sale.
