• Following the debut of his Rolling Stones film Shine a Light, Martin Scorsese will next take on a Bob Marley documentary. The movie is slated for release on what would have been Marley’s 65th birthday, February 6, 2010.
• Cher will perform 200 shows over the next three years at the Colosseum in Las Vegas’ Caesar Palace. Cher’s gig will start May 6th.
• Timbaland has signed a deal with Verizon Wireless to create the first mobile album, which will be available exclusively on the cell phone carrier’s V Cast service.
• MTV president Christina Norman will leave the company after seventeen years at the end of this month. No replacement has been named yet.
