
- Linkin Park fans won’t have to wait long for a new album, as singer Chester Bennington says “I have a good feeling we’re going to put another record out really quickly.”
- Amy Winehouse will not be attending this year’s Grammys, as her visa application has been denied by the American Embassy in London. In a statement, Winehouse’s publicist said “Amy has been progressing well since entering a rehabilitation clinic two weeks ago and although disappointed with the decision has accepted the ruling and will be concentrating on her recovery.”
- Jenny Lewis is working on her second solo album. The follow-up to 2006’s Rabbit Fur Coat will feature guests Elvis Costello, actress Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward.
- According to reports, Guns n’ Roses‘ Chinese Democracy is finally finished, and the only thing keeping it from being released is Axl Rose’s demand for more money from the label.
