- Despite reports last year that the Beatles‘ Paul McCartney underwent heart surgery, Macca is now denying he ever had the procedure, saying the reports were “completely distorted and untrue.”
- The Roots have recruited Common, Mos Def and Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump to join them on their new album Rising Down, out later this year.
- Death Cab for Cutie have titled their new, Jack Kerouac-inspired album Narrow Stairs, according to the band’s website. The album is out in May.
- Even though they are currently only three members strong, the reformed New Kids on the Block have posted a new song on their just-refurbished webpage.
