• The surviving members of Queen are planning a sequel to the hit West End musical We Will Rock You with that show’s writer.
• Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee will narrate Dear Jack, the documentary following Something Corporate and Jack’s Mannequin singer Andrew McMahon’s battle with leukemia.
• Starbucks will release Live 1969, an album of live Simon & Garfunkel cuts from November 1969. The record will hit the coffee stores on March 11.
• A new species of beetle has been named the “Orectochilus orbisonorum” after Roy Orbison and his wife, Barbara. The bug appears as though it’s wearing a tuxedo.
