Love the Crowes since back in the Mr. Crowes Garden (they went to my high school), but I think the Allman Brothers trip they have been on the last few years does not do them justice. They have so many songs that were hits or radio staples yet they do one or two per show max

The album is called Warpaint, not One Night Only.
If you go to a Black Crowes show to hear the few “radio hits” then you are going for the wrong reason. They mix up setlists, play covers, and deep cuts which is what makes them great and is why many of the fans pay to see them.

The best live show I’ve ever seen was the Black Crowes at Red Rocks a couple of years ago. Great live band. Great.

The Black Crowes are releasing ‘WARPAINT’ on March 4th. However, they are playing a limited number of ‘One Night Only’ shows in March which will, for the first time ever in their history, play the new album in it’s entirety, followed by old hits and cool tunes!

These shows really are not to be missed if you in the US are lucky enough to get to see any of them – the new album rocks!

For the true music fans still out there (whose numbers are unfortunately getting smaller with every passing year) who love to watch and listen to a group of great musicians really perform, the Black Crowes is the band to see live. They’re great.

So glad to have new material…

Heard “Goodbye Daughters of the Revolution” yesterday. Very pleased..

Great artists never come to Florida. :(

Black Crowes are amazing live. It’s hilarious to see folks go to their shows expecting to hear, “Hard to Handle” and getting something completely different. For true music lovers, their shows are like a religious experience. Their jam band/collective energy shows let everyone know they are much more than a jingle writing/radio friendly/simple 3 chord song band. Radio hits should be heard on the radio~ musicians should perform~ and that’s what they do. Bravo.

So the Crowes are also coming to my lil town of Owensboro Kentucky on March the 8th. Not a big deal really but great tickets are still available, most other announced dates are sold out. This is a great chance to see a great band in a small place.
