Ummm . . . help me out here, I’m a little confused. Aren’t you the same person who called Al Gore a “piece of shit” in an earlier post (the first one labeled Anonmous)?

Anyone trying to discredit Al Gore for talking about the issues in question. criticizing him by suggesting that he was not the first one to discuss the enviornment is a moron. Let me remind you that essentially he was the first mainstream politician, or well known world figure to discuss global warming AND WHEN HE DID HE WAS CASTIGATED BY THE RIGHT AND BY PEOPLE WHO WERE JUST IGNORANT OF THE SITUATION, they tried to paint him as a flake/hippy, Bush senior referred to him as “the ozone man”, get your facts together before posting. And as for the dope who asked why didnt Al Gore get G and R to play Chinese democracy ” instaed of radiohead?:

A: Axl probably would not have shown up

B: Chinese Democracy is a piece of boring garbage which you will say “I waited 15 years for THIS”? when you hear it

C. Anyone who prefers Guns and Roses over radiohead clearly did not finish high school, or is possibly 14 years old..which one are you?.

I wasn’t degrading Al Gore in any way. In fact, through humor, I was defending him. Maybe you should take a night course in reading comprehension. Fuck it, forget it, you still won’t understand because you’re a humorless dolt. Fuck off outta here!

I love how some attribute good deeds(i.e. informing the public of our world’s peril) to a personal agenda. Al Gore helped us realize something rather important, Metal Shawn - regardless of his motivation. But thanks for reminding me that schmucks still exist.

(radiohead on the other hand practice what they preach. Hence the no air shipping for the discbox (since I’m on vacation, mine is waiting for me when I get home.) Radiohead can pretty much do whatever they want, but this is the first time in my life I’ve been disappointed with their decisions.

That being said, and rtanting aside, I’ll still tune in.

And what a better band to listen to when wasted than Radiohead! I should be nice and toasted once midnight rolls around, so their new album should be sounding mighty fine. Yeah! this is shaping up to be a fucking cool New Years!
