For ten years, the Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp has provided (wealthy) wannabe rockers the opportunity to take master classes and jam with some of the semi-biggest names in music history. To celebrate a decade of making dreams come true, the Camp has hired perhaps its most noteworthy “counselor” ever to attend its February session in Los Angeles: the Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson. Wilson joins the ranks of former attendees the Who’s Roger Daltrey, KISS’ Paul Stanley and Guns n’ Roses’ Slash. “This is such a big honor,” said Wilson, “To get to be here and hear all this great music.” As if the draw of campfire sing-alongs to “Sloop John B” with the Pet Sounds creator wasn’t enough, to satiate all those fantasy drummers, the Camp will also employ Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason for the President’s Weekend event, leading to endless inquires from eager campers curious as to whether or not Pink Floyd will reunite. And for those about to rock, AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams will be on hand. Also on the bill: The Monkees’ Micky Dolenz, KISS’ Bruce Kulick and Yes’ Alan White. Of course, taking part in a potential “Campalooza” with Wilson and Mason doesn’t come cheap. Registration for the event is $7,999 a person. On the bright side, though, the price factors in a DVD of camp highlights, meaning you’ll have proof when you tell your friends that you jammed with Brian Wilson.

An absolute SCAM! Stay away from the Rock and Roll fantasy camp. They herd you in like cattle, the rock stars could care less about you and David fishof is a rip-off artist! Save your money there are better things to waste your money on!!

Absolutely one of the most incredible experiences I have ever seen. You get to jam with rockstars for 5 days. Rehearse with them, eat with them and hang with them. Then you get to play live onstage infront of mega stars such as Gene Simmons, Ron Jeremy and many others that drop in. Well worth the money!
