Only Johnny Cash can get away with a song about “get into Jesus or go to hell” and no one got pissed off!

Even with that heavy handed message, every musical artist known to man lined up around the block to be in the video.

I think why people can dig that kind of message from Johnny is because he was one of the most down to earth, open, true, and authentic people who’s ever walked the planet!

The only one that acted sarcastic in the video was Keith Richards when the lyric “God’s gonna cut you down” hook came. He took a drag off his cigarette and slightly rolled his eyes. That’s because his wife is a born again Christian, and he’s probably heard it all a million times before!!!

RIP, Johnny. You were a class act and you’re missed!

Eddie Vedder’s up for a Grammy?

What category, “Jerkoff Of The Year”?

start to finish, Cassadaga was a great album.

but what the hell…’best packaging…does that mean the freaking wrapping?

true, a notice is nice, go Bright Eyes and Conor, but does anyone really care about the grammy’s aside from the superficial, shallow and trying to sound original music community? just asking.

I really hope Bright Eyes wins for best packaging. An amazing concept.

“but what the hell…’best packaging…does that mean the freaking wrapping?”

Correct. It’s [aka] the “best shrinkwrap category”.

Yes, Johnny Cash was the man. But if he has to lose, Mute Math should get it. That vid for Typical is incredible.

Hmm…
I think The Black Parade should win best packaging.

You gotta admit, it has good packaging.
[Then again, the rest do, too.]
