
- Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is indeed in the beginning stages of foreclosure because the pop stars owes $23,212,963 on a $23,000,000 loan, according to a county foreclosure report from October 12th. Jackson was given ninety days starting October 22nd to repay the loan, but mortgage Web site the Implode-O-Meter reports Jackson’s property is listed on the November 5th, 2007 Foreclosure Detail Report for Santa Barbara County.
- Diddy will not face criminal charges related to a New York City night club altercation from last month. The Bad Boy impresario also selected his new assistant (remember the YouTube contest?) on Oprah yesterday.
- Britney Spears has been ordered to pay Kevin Federline $120,000 for legal fees accrued during the pair’s custody battle. The decision is based on the income petitions each filed, in which Federline said he has no net income after money spent on business affairs.
- Pete Doherty has confirmed allegations he returned to drugs via a spokesperson who told reporters, “Peter sadly relapsed last week and is now looking to check himself back into a rehab clinic. He realizes that he has not only let himself down but has let down those who trusted and encouraged his efforts.”
- Wilco will release the European version of Sky Blue Sky next month with five bonus live tracks, but fans who’ve already bought the album will also get the extras. The band will be sending out instructions for how to download the tracks shortly — as long as you’re not in the U.K., which can’t offer the downloads because of legal restrictions.
