Think back to the Rolling Stones who sold all their publishing rights becaue they thought that ROCK AND ROLL was just a fad??? Back in the day when everyone thought DISCO was gonna take over. ROCK and ROLL has never died out no what is going on in current culture.. it just re-invents itself naturally.. its amazing to see how far Green Day has come from when they first started out. I really like the idea of having notable people being profiled to discuss important issues. I like this recent video and the way it was directed. It was casual and personable, which many interviews are not nowadays.

yay! I’m so happy to hear and see Billie again. I really can’t wait until they release their new record.
I think he’s right about the record stuff. I remember exactly where I bought my first Green Day album and the ones following. I’ve got them all now, + one EP.
But not just Green Day by the way, the artists these days have to make their album a piece of art, something really worth buying. of course I think an album is already worth buying when I support the artist with it. and when I really like it.

He’s right! Music helps us collect the memories…I liked how the visual impressions captured by the camera work enhanced my memory of this interview…

I have so much love for Billie, and I share his views. he’s amazing!
