That painting is a scream.

Well, actually the composition is quite complex and beautifully laid out, maybe art isn’t a good topic for Rolling Stone, lol. I’m also a succesful artist and teach art 3 days a week at the local uni. A “4th” grader couldn’t come up with anything like this, er, neither could you, go ahead pick up a paint brush and come up with a painting of Brit. You couldn’t come up with anything like this, trust me.

I DO draw and paint, and to me this is a sophomoric piece of junk! I did better work in the 4th grade!

I can appreciate naive art to a degree. The reason that painting is interesting is because it is making a statement which is open to interpretation…but my favorite art is impressionism, post-impressionism and abstract. Everyone has his/her own unique set of talents.

i don’t. but painting and drawing are not my expertise. music, novels, movies, and performing arts are. i couldn’t paint my way out of a paper bag!!!
