sorry little kiddies! this band is one of the most talented of any going today – if you have even heard their album all the way through you would know what i’m talking about. if you have any knowledge of production values, real musicianship and songwriting skills as well as arrangemnt of music, you would understand. one of the most brilliant debuts of all time. period.

Its not that much of a new song. They first played it on 7/7/07. And then they played it at bumbershoot too. Its awesome. It’s going on the album, sorry Keltie haters.

They started to make a second album then played It’s True Love on 7/7/07. Then they decided to scrap all those songs they’d been writing and restart the sophomore album. Nine In The Afternoon is one of the second-second album songs so it’s going to be on the album, and the songs that’d would of been the sophomore album might be a B-Side.

I was looking foward to that song.

the song the mtv article was referring to is called “true love” not “9 in the afternoon.” “true love” and all the other love songs that were gonna be on the concept album were scrapped, but this is old news. “9 in the afternoon” is one of the songs that they wrote after they threw away the songs for their first attempt and it is part of the “simpler sound” they are going for for this next record. way to be slow, rolling stone….
