Led Zeppelin Reissue Artwork and Rumors, K-Fed Safe From Assassins, Sex Pistols to Reunite Again

  • The Sex Pistols will reunite again this year, four years after their last reunion, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of Never Mind the Bollocks. John Lydon, Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock will play at the Brixton Academy in London on November 8th.
  • Rumor has it Madonna will be allowed to keep David Banda, the Malawian boy she adopted almost a year ago, after Malawian officials visited her London home. The head of Malawi’s Social Services spent time with the family earlier this month and was reportedly impressed with how committed Madonna and her family were to making Banda feel at home.
  • John Coltrane’s home in Dix Hills, New York, where the jazz great lived with his family from 1964 to 1973 and wrote “A Love Supreme,” has been added to the New York State and National Register of Historic Places.
  • Cartoon Networks’ Adult Swim has announced its first nationwide concert tour; the hip-hop leg will feature Ghostface Killah and Witchdoctor and the metal leg will include …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead and a real-life incarnation of Dethklok from the cartoon Metalocalypse. The first round of dates are below the jump. In other ‘toon news, the seemingly dormant Gorillaz have revealed plans for a B-sides album titled Gorillaz: D-Sides, which will combine Demon Days B-sides with unreleased demos, as well as a bonus disc of remixes.
